Dear Safe Schools members and friends ...

Partnerships for Preventing Violence (which includes, among other organizations, the Harvard School of Public Health) is offering a free satellite training program called "Two Critical Issues: The Media as a Tool and Preventing Hate and Bias"

When: Friday, April 14, 2000 ... 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. "Pacific Standard Time"
Where: all over the U.S.

Specifically: There are "Seattle," Tacoma and Spokane "core facilitated sites;" plus Portland, OR; Meridian, ID. The "Seattle" site is the Mount Rainier Room at the Shoreline Conference Center (18560 First Ave. NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
