This electronic mailing list is maintained to provide a means of keeping subscribers informed of activities and events held by various Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Straight Ally support groups, centers, and organizations around Iowa.
This list is moderated, meaning that any messages sent are first redirected to a moderator for approval before they are released to the members.

This electronic mailing list is maintained to provide a means
of communication between the various leaders of Gay, Lesbian,
Bisexual, Transgender, and Straight Ally support groups, centers,
and organizations within Iowa.
Members are expected to be a leader/exec of a support group, center,
or organization, or is an individual wishing to form a group for
such purposes. Members are required to post a introductory bio to
the group upon joining.
If you are a leader of a group in some form and want to become a
compass list member, please send a short description of your group
and your position in the group to "compass-owner@iastate.edu".
